On the ground floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a king-size bed or two single beds (90x200). A bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet complete this level.
The first floor is the heart of the house. Here, a magnificent living area filled with natural light enjoys an elevated position and exceptional views over the sea and harbour. This level includes a comfortable lounge, a welcoming dining area and a fully equipped separate kitchen. A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet complete this floor.
On the second floor, you will find an additional large bedroom as well as a spacious billiards room equipped with three single beds (90x200), making it an ideal space for children or teenagers.
The house offers a total of five bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and three separate toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

The neighborhood
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).
As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
