Spread over two levels, the house offers approximately 130 sqm of comfortable living space, making it ideal for family holidays or stays with friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant 28 sqm living and dining area. Filled with natural light thanks to its large windows, this space enjoys stunning views over Carteret Harbour, the dunes and the ever-changing tides that shape the landscape throughout the day.
The separate fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease while maintaining a practical and comfortable layout.
Also on the ground floor, the master suite features a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own private shower room, offering comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three additional bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and a children's bedroom with three single beds, perfect for younger guests. A second shower room completes this floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful 30 sqm terrace and a private 130 sqm garden, ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying long summer evenings.
The location of EGOA is truly exceptional. Facing Carteret Harbour, the house enjoys panoramic views over the dunes and the tides, offering a constantly changing natural spectacle throughout the day.
From the house, everything can be reached on foot. The marina and ferry terminal for the Channel Islands are just a few minutes away, while shops, restaurants, cafés and the weekly Thursday market can be reached in around 5 minutes.
Potinière Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, as are the beautiful coastal paths of Cap de Carteret and the GR223 trail, renowned for offering some of the most spectacular seaside views in Normandy.

The neighborhood
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in the Cotentin peninsula and is officially labeled “Famille Plus”, making it especially welcoming for families.
Located close to the D-Day landing beaches, the resort is perfect for practicing many outdoor activities, whether alone or with family. It is also an ideal place to relax in the charming cove of Potinière Beach in Carteret or to enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants in the area.
Barneville also offers a large sandy beach, a skate park, and numerous shops including butcher shops, bakeries, hairdressers, supermarkets (Carrefour, Utile), and DIY stores.
A few kilometers away, Hatainville Beach features one of the largest dune systems in Europe, offering spectacular natural landscapes.
