Upstairs, the sleeping area comfortably accommodates everyone with four bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190), one with a single bed, and one with bunk beds, ideal for children. The house also includes a bathroom, a shower room, and two toilets, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Outside, a large garden extends the living space and invites you to unwind, enjoy outdoor meals, or spend time with family in a peaceful setting.
Located in a quiet and sought-after area, the house offers the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk away, while the town center, shops, and restaurants can be reached within 15–25 minutes on foot.

The neighborhood

Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).

As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
