Recently renovated with care, it accommodates up to 8 guests (+ baby) in a warm and welcoming setting, just a short walk from the village centre, shops, and the beach.
The space
Welcome to BOCAGE, a charming home where modern comfort meets a warm and inviting atmosphere.
As soon as you step inside, you will discover a beautiful 50 m² living area, bright and welcoming. The space is designed around a cosy lounge, perfect for relaxing evenings, a generous dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing simple and enjoyable moments together.
Upstairs, the sleeping area features five bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm);
Two bedrooms with a single bed each;
One bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children.
The house also offers a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet, providing excellent comfort for everyday living.
Outside, a large garden extends the living space and invites you to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, or have fun with family and friends (table football, badminton, and more).
Located in a peaceful and sought-after neighbourhood, the house enjoys an ideal location. Just 2 minutes from Carteret's mini-golf course and tennis courts, it is only 5 minutes from the village centre, with its shops, Thursday morning market, and restaurants.
La Potinière Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful stay while remaining close to all the attractions and activities of Carteret.
Wi-Fi and high-quality bed linen and towels are included, ensuring a comfortable stay with all the conveniences of home.
In Carteret, everything can be done on foot:

The neighborhood
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).
As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
