VILLA BELLE DE MER is an elegant 250 m² family home that has been fully renovated and is ideally located in the centre of Carteret.
Spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, it is the perfect place for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy everything this charming seaside resort has to offer.
On the ground floor, you will find generous living areas designed for spending quality time together.
A large, welcoming living room with a fireplace forms the heart of the home. This space opens onto a pleasant dining area, ideal for family meals and gatherings. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to comfortably prepare meals for larger groups.
A second lounge and library offers a quieter retreat, perfect for reading, working, or simply relaxing.
A separate WC completes this level.
The first floor features several comfortable bedrooms:
