The COURLIS apartment, with a surface area of 44 m², has been designed to offer comfort and practicality for a stay as a couple or with family.
The bright living area includes a lounge with a dining space and a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing meals after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200).
A mezzanine accessible from the living room features two single beds, making it an ideal sleeping area for children.
The apartment also includes a shower room and separate toilets.
Outside, you can enjoy a small terrace overlooking Carteret’s marina, a pleasant spot to relax and take in the seaside atmosphere.
The apartment benefits from a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the marina and the center of Carteret, where you will find restaurants, shops, and the local market.
The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the coastline and the beautiful landscapes of the Cotentin.
WiFi and quality linen are included to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.
In Carteret, everything can be done on foot:
restaurants, cinema, hairdresser, water sports activities (sailing school, rowing, etc.), boat rentals, paddleboarding, jet ski, bike rentals, tennis courts, yoga, mini-golf, beach, shore fishing, hiking on the GR223 coastal trail, and trips to the Channel Islands.

The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning, about 350 meters from the apartment.
The neighborhood
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in the Cotentin peninsula and is officially labeled “Famille Plus”, making it especially welcoming for families.
Located close to the D-Day landing beaches, the resort is perfect for practicing many outdoor activities, whether alone or with family. It is also an ideal place to relax in the charming cove of Potinière Beach in Carteret or to enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants in the area.
Barneville also offers a large sandy beach, a skate park, and numerous shops including butcher shops, bakeries, hairdressers, supermarkets (Carrefour, Utile), and DIY stores.
A few kilometers away, Hatainville Beach features one of the largest dune systems in Europe, offering spectacular natural landscapes.
