The space

With a total surface area of 60 m², the apartment offers a bright living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge, all opening onto a private 80 m² garden.
The outdoor area, furnished with a dining space and garden lounge, is ideal for enjoying the peace, sunshine, and tranquil views throughout the day.

The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190).
The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower and double sinks; toilets are separate.
From the garden, you will enjoy exceptional light throughout the day, from sunrise over Barneville and Portbail to the soft pink and mauve hues of sunset reflecting over the harbor.
An ideal setting to relax as a couple, with family, or among friends.

In Carteret, everything is within walking distance:
restaurants, cinema, hairdresser, a wide range of water sports (sailing school, rowing, etc.), boat rentals, paddleboarding, jet skiing, bike rentals, tennis courts, yoga, mini-golf, beach access, shore fishing, hiking trails (GR223), and trips to the Channel Islands.
Shops include: two gourmet grocery stores, a wine shop, a cheesemonger, bakeries, tobacconist, gift shops, leather goods, and clothing stores.
The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning, just 350 meters away.

The neighborhood

Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).

As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
