The space
Welcome to La Hunière, a beautiful 120 m² home tastefully decorated by designer Flavia de Mello. Spread over two levels, it combines elegance, comfort, and functionality, offering a pleasant stay close to Carteret marina.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living area including a comfortable lounge, a dining space, and a small office corner. A fully equipped separate kitchen and a toilet complete this level.
At the back of the house, sheltered by a wall of bamboo and hydrangeas, a private garden invites you to relax.
A cozy outdoor lounge, table, and chairs allow you to enjoy outdoor dining and pleasant barbecue moments.
Upstairs, the sleeping area features three welcoming bedrooms. The spacious master suite includes a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom. A second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed (160x200). The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200) that can be combined to form a king-size bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room, and a toilet is also located on this floor.
The interior decoration highlights several artworks. Guests can admire paintings by Brazilian artists, works by Francine Meunier, engravings by Véronique Villaret, a canvas by Françoise Labasque, and a piece by João Manuel Ribeiro.
