Awarded a 2-star rating by Labels Manche, the villa enjoys an exceptional beachfront location in Barneville-Carteret, directly overlooking the magnificent sandy beach of Barneville. It comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests (+ baby) in a truly spectacular setting.
Villa Gris Galets is a spacious 220 m² beachfront property, ideally positioned directly opposite Barneville's sandy beach. Its outstanding location allows guests to enjoy breathtaking sea views, ever-changing tides and spectacular sunsets throughout the year.
Perfectly equipped for 8 guests (maximum 9), the villa features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room and 3 separate toilets.
The house is arranged over three floors.
On the ground floor, a magnificent 92 m² open-plan living area welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea. This bright and inviting space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a working fireplace and a spacious lounge fitted with high-quality audio equipment. A master suite with a king-size bed, private shower room and separate toilet completes this level.
On the first floor, a second master suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet enjoys exceptional dual views over both Cap de Carteret and Jersey. The third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, also offers stunning sea views stretching all the way to Jersey. A dressing/lounge area and a spacious family bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet complete this floor.
The second floor offers two charming attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200) and beautiful sea views. A cosy sitting area and an alcove with bunk beds provide additional space, making this floor particularly suitable for children or teenagers.
Villa Gris Galets benefits from two separate gardens. The first is a fully enclosed private garden surrounding the house. The second, located just across the recently landscaped seafront boulevard, is nestled among the sand dunes overlooking the beach, offering a unique natural setting just steps from the sea.
WiFi and quality linens are included, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The neighborhood
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).
As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
