The space

Spread over several levels, the house offers generous spaces and a welcoming layout.

On the first level, a bright 45 m² living area features a comfortable lounge, dining space, and a large open-plan kitchen. Two wide bay windows open onto a 25 m² L-shaped veranda, fitted with a convivial dining area, a games corner, and even a hammock for relaxing moments.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) provide a peaceful retreat. This level also includes a full bathroom, a shower room, and separate toilets for added comfort.
Upstairs, two additional spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), an extra shower room, and toilets complete the sleeping area. A TV lounge and a workspace are also available on this level.
The basement offers a leisure area with a pool table and ping-pong table, perfect for enjoying time together.
Outside, a well-maintained garden and an outdoor shower make returning from the beach easy and convenient.

The neighborhood

Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).

As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.
